4. Request Submission Process:

  • To request a refund or rebate, you must submit a written request to both the seller’s agent and the brokerage within 10 calendar days of the closing date.

  • Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

5. Scope and Limitations of Guarantee:

  • The guarantee does not cover issues related to the property itself, including but not limited to structural defects, damages, or other conditions of the home.

  • The guarantee does not cover the seller’s personal decisions, including pricing the property above the agent’s recommended market value.

7. Commission Shortages:

8. Disbursement of Refund or Rebate:
